Welcome to my journey!
On April 1, 2023, my narcissist left me. At the time I thought my life was over! But little did I know that his leaving was God's way of saving me! I had no idea that what followed would be a healing journey that would lead to tremendous growth and success both in my personal world and professional. My faith in God was tested soo many times but ultimately I knew he had a plan to turn this mess into something beautiful....and he did. The blogs below are raw and emotional. I wrote many of them months before I had the strength to post them because of my own fears and shame that I had allowed myself to be dooped by a monster...a monster I was warned about several times. Surviving narcissistic abuse is not easy. It has taken a severe toll on my mental and physical health, which I will discuss in these blogs. Self love and discovering what matters in life have been a tremendous part of this journey. I hope that through sharing my story, you will discover that you can also recover from the traumas and abuse that you have endured. You are not alone! In fact, you are in great company.
